Joss completed her M.Ost at Unitec, Auckland in 2003.

She most recently had city private practices in Mt Eden and Grey Lynn, and took a hiatus to focus her energy on raising her family. Her earlier practice years were Ellerslie and Devonport.
Joss’ osteopathic work is hands-on, and fluid in modality; structural or cranial to suit your body’s energy and needs. She works on an individualized treatment protocol, encouraging your body to respond and restore to its best performance.
Joss advocates and practices yoga, and considers it strongly aligned with the applied energy, breath and movement work used in Osteopathy.
Her life alongside Osteopathy includes a prior B.Sc. in Environmental Science, a CLM ( Sea Captain’s licence), world adventures sailing the seven seas, and raising two fantastic kids.
At play, Joss can usually be found with family and friends, pursuing activities on or in the water like sailing, diving, fishing, swimming or paddling.
